Regardless of Recent Signage Update, TOF is Still in Violation of: MCA 7-4-102 General Provisions Office Hours

The above signage was posted upon TOF’s Town Hall door at: 10:30 am, September 6, 2023.

Per the following specific language of MCA 7-4-102  “3. The governing body of a third-class city or town may establish days and times when municipal offices are open to conduct business”.

Said signage still violates MCA 7-4-102, as said office hour changes were obviously not made via a Resolution, nor was this issue even brought before the governing body ie: (TOF Council), unless during a secret, unadvertised meeting.
