The following brief excerpt from Part 4, of TOF 9.11.2023 Council Meeting: https://youtu.be/T6Z104dU4Ks proves Dennis Prewitt, Mayor Nottingham’s personal friend, has been hired at $14 per hour for ‘Office Hours’ as delineated by the following notice posted on Fromberg’s Town Hall door.
This hire was never voted upon by TOF Council members. Certainly, other members of our community are as qualified for this position as is Mr Prewitt. This hire is an arbitrary and capricious act by Mayor Nottingham, and as such, should be overturned.
TOF is an EOE (Equal Opportunity Employer). And as such, is mandated to follow EOE protocol when hiring. This position was not advertised in the Carbon County News, (Fromberg, MT’s paper of record), nor was said job opening placed on TOF’s 3 designated posting areas. Hiring personnel without the benefit of advertisement is discrimination.

Yep under investigation by the sheriff’s dept. Timmy said, oh fema will reimburse us…whatta lie. Another one in a loooog list. Tina’s Daddy mayor and council members should each cough up 4K to reimburse water and sewer funds which are illegal to tap in the first place. We are the laughing stock of carbon county, just ask the county treasurer, the sherrif’s department, clerk and recorder’s office. If it’s wrong, Fromberg does it!!!
Some poor mom or elderly person in our town could’ve really used that job. But no. It’s not even advertised and Tim’s buddy from the mason’s gets it? I call b.s.
p.s. you can hear on the recording where Stapleton is shocked to hear Dennis’s name. Council didn’t know Timmy did this. They nevra voted on it!
