“As you know the Town of Fromberg employees are learning many aspects of the jobs and are doing their best to learn as quickly as they can along side of with dealing with every other issue that pops up.” The above excuse is not valid, as Clerk Riddle has attended Clerk School and has been on the job for over 7 months.
Per the above postmark, said letter is dated October 17, 2023, yet was not mailed out until October 20,2023. TOF’s September 2023 billing is at least 2 weeks late.
“Please be respectful and if you have a problem with your bill, please be considerate and work with the town to fix any further issues.”
“…please nicely let us know so we can fix it.”
The burden of accuracy, as well as appropriate employee demeanor, falls solely upon Town of Fromberg employees. Not the Public, as they provide funding for TOF’s office through their tax dollars. Not TOF utility users, who have the right to question each and every discrepancy on their utility bills.



Harley can you please nicely let us know when you’re quitting? We’re so sorry to tell you, but we’re awfully sick of how much money you are costing our town. And our second graders can write as nicely and better than you do. So were having a nice interview with them to replace you. So please hand in your resignation nicely and promptly and you can kindly and nicely remove yourself from our town office.
