tfa notes the time stamp on the photographic documentation below states: “November 16, 2023 9:13 AM”. How is it possible that Clerk Riddle, in all actuality, is putting in the 40 hour work week that she is being paid for, given her daily arrival time? Additionally, TOF Town Hall is now only open on Fridays from 9AM to Noon. Is Clerk Riddle being paid for her lunch hour in addition to the time she spends caring for her infant? And all on the Town of Fromberg’s dime?

You make me sick! Did you bother to see if she had to run an errand for the town? Go to the bank? Before you make stupid posts. The amount of people I have talked to that feel sorry for you is incredible!! Someone needs to file a harassment suit against your stupid ass! I learned your the reason that the city can’t keep help! I hope someone sits out side your house and takes pictures of you. You need something to do beside harass people.
Im not afraid to put my real name you bunch of witchy, cowards. Why are you guys so mean? What do you guys think is going to happen when you run every clerk off and town hall can’t be open at all? Most of the things that are being bitched about are not even real problems. Do you not know how stupid it makes you, yourselves look? Jann was hired into a mess left by a corrupt group. She never got caught up, you bullied her into leaving. I came into what mess that Jann didn’t get to finish. You bullied me into leaving. Harley came into what was remaining of the mess and now you are doing your best bullying her in to leaving. Not one us deserved it and the mess all started from people many years before us. Don’t you think it’s a little hard to be successful In an office when you aren’t allowed to Learn anything due to the petty crap from you guys and the fact that that office has been years and years behind? No one can ever point out the good things any of the clerks do. Harley has got a lot of the office caught up in the little time she’s been there. I tried for 2 years to do that in there and failed. She has collected a lot of money that was owed to the town for utilities. Does anyone care about that? Does anyone even notice? NO!!! cuz your too busy trying to cause problems in any tiny possible way you can!!! Why are you like this?! Why don’t you stop bitching and help for once? This is supposed to be a community. You are all supposed to stick together and help make the town a better place and survive. But your too busy driving around counting how many chickens someone has on.their property!! Harley has done great things in that office and you don’t even know it yet because you haven’t given her the slightest if a chance. You care so much about people following ordinances but do you not see that Harlie is the one who is going to enforce them just like you wanted? As for the letter that was sent with the bill, I was the one who wrote that letter! It was my idea and I wrote it, she agreed with it so it got sent out in hopes of you people opening your eyes and start at least pretending you WANT to be good people. There are a lot of you that i grew up respecting and admiring. All you have shown me is how wrong I was to think as a young girl that you were all good decent people. Your nor. Your petty. Your Evil. Your a bunch of witches!!!
If you wrote it, why did Harley sign it? Harley thru you under the bus big time saying in front of gawd and every oneur the one responsible for last year’s budget not being sent in. Funny. The State received it sew u musta submitted it. The Mayer paid his daughter 10,000 that fema nevra reimbursed. Is it fair to pay somebody for time they don’t werk? Did you bring a sick colt to work?no. You were an honoreble woman who worked very hard and did ur best. people respected u cyz u earned it.
And another thing. Your time stamp as you call it is a bunch of bullshit. I know for a fact that harley was not wearing that coat today as you claim on your timestamp. She was wearing that coat On monday because I complimented her on it. And that coat was nowhere to be seen in the office Today.
Oh! My Gawd! Really, all the corruption happened before Shirley Miller and Tim Nottingham??? That’s a stretch. Absolutely the best this town has ever witnessed. 😂🤣😂 I’m lovin this cat fight.
To the person who felt the need to invade someone’s privacy by posting a picture of her and her baby anonymously does it make you feel better about yourself? You should be ashamed at the person you are by tearing down someone who has the strength to have a baby and return to work so shortly to ensure that her work is done and she has money to provide for her family. It is a disgraceful thing that you sit across the street to take pictures of a new mom and her baby and post it to a site where anyone can view it possibly jeopardizing the safety of her and her child. The world is already such a cruel place and to have people like you contributing by tearing down one person who is trying to do an amazing job for a town that it seems not a whole lot of you are grateful for. Ms.Riddle is a very driven and hard working individual who still shows up to work despite people like this disrespecting her family by talking so poorly about her being a new mom and bringing her child to work.
To be noted as well if you’re going to tear town an individual, please ensure you know how to use proper grammar and spelling.
This isn’t some mom and pop biz. This is government office. Clerks wages are paid with tax dollars. I don’t see babies sitting on any county or state office desks day after day. This isn’t a personality thing, this is a does she get her job done thing. Facts are obvious she’s not. The budgets not done. We’re paying 2 other clerks to help just to get essentials done. Water bills continue to be late and still with errors. What even makes anyone think it’s OK to bring your infant to this job? Why not set up a hiring committee? The local government agency has a booklet on it. Why not follow its guidelines? The oilfields have a saying if you can’t do it you can’t stay. This job is no different.
I’m clearly puzzled. One is worried about welfare and safety? Do you assume others are not? Stand back, take a breath, sort through the fire, fear, anger, and look at this picture. 1. Is this a private business or a government office? Remember, most of us in the public sector are freewheeling with our remarks about government employees and elected officials. Bashed a President, Cop, City Council and the list goes on. FYI: they are pretty good at bashing the taxpayers.
2. What are the health and safety risks of bringing a child to work here? This is not a school where there are locking barriers. There are many people throughout the community that have covid. RSV is always troublesome with infants, to note there’s a new vaccine available. There are factors that affect everyone here. Does the Town’s insurance coverage cover this child should something unforeseen happen? Has the Council run this through the proper channels? Has the Town Attorney issued an opinion? Was the insurance company contacted and was this approved? Documentation would certainly change and ease all worries, I’m sure. What happens when it’s an ice field outside, trying to transport the child into the building? Will any of this incur more financial costs to the taxpayer? There’s a lot to be considered here.
3. You are afforded two fifteen-minute breaks per 8-hour shift. Any of us who have had children know we can’t cram their little lives and needs into 30 minutes a day. So something has to give, and it’s performance. Yes, I worked with an infant in my own private business. Work was not as productive. This is just me being honest. My customers didn’t receive the care I would have given when my child was not there, multitask all you want, but you’re doing it one armed, and your brain is split down the middle. My second child was like many and had child care at six weeks, as bringing a child to work was not an option. Productivity is always the bottom line in business. Your safest bet in having your child with you in a workplace is being employed by or owning a childcare facility. I have three friends who chose this opportunity and it meet all their needs and expectations.
