Who Is “Robert Porch”?

The following TOF Agenda, dated December 14, 2023, lists “NEW BUSINESS (Bullet Item #6) “Robert Porch” per the documentation below.

But wait,  perhaps he’s “Bob’s Deck” as pictured below?

Or is he “Robert Has????” (last name illegible), per the following letter of intent?

The “Robert Has????” who was nominated by Town Council President Nate Caton, and then unanimously voted to fill the vacant position on TOF’s Town Council, per Agenda item “NEW BUSINESS (Bullet Item #1) “Letter of Intent Council position (swear in council member)”? And all without the benefit of any public imput whatsoever, by his Fromberg constituents.  Mayor Nottingham made sure of that when he publicly declared at the beginning of the meeting that there was to be no public comment until the very end of the meeting.

The same “Robert Has????”, the TOF Council voted to immediately add as an authorized signatory on “NEW BUSINESS  (Bullet Item #2) “Vally Credit Union”.

Then on to Agenda Item: “NEW BUSINESS (Bullet Item #6), where TOF Council Members (including newly elected Councilman “Robert Has????”, who by the way, sits conspicuously with his back toward the audience) discuss Robert’s porch or his deck, whichever it is, per the following You.Tube link:https://youtu.be/CmsTReTDJww.

Aside from the fact,  that the piece of real estate under discussion on “NEW BUSINESS (Bullet Item #6) “Robert Porch” was purchased in part from TOF Council President Nate Caton

A document’s specificity is crucial to ensuring its legal defensibility.

She can’t spell. she’s working on an ordinance like bridgers, you know the cost a living kind. well maybe she’d just go the office when shes sposed to, without babe she culd work on important things oh you know budget. an mebbe we wuldnnt hafta pay other people to doher job.I don’t care jow much back revnue she brang in.   2. How come there wasn’t a clerks report or a public works report at the last meetig. What’s this about a lift truck being rented to the tune of over900 smackers for Marcus to put up christmas decorations. What about mayor Tim’s daughter and her lds friend being paid 20k that fema said no way too. Why don’t we ever get answers to what we want to know.for 2400 smackers a month for the lawyer you’d a think he’d get a handle on this hear situation.
