tfa queries why this meeting is so urgent? Does the timeframe of this posting allow all parties involved to rearrange their schedules, assuring their attendence? Aren’t there other crucial items which require the TOF Council’s time? Including delinquent TOF 2022 and 2023 budgets, the status of TOF’s Resolution 523 regarding mill percentages, and perhaps payment status regarding the Fromberg Volunteer Fire Department?
Historically, newly voted in TOF Council members have been sworn in during each TOF January Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting.
Furthermore, said posting fails to mention the public whatsoever? Should the public be allowed, or better yet encouraged to attend? tfa further notes no mention of ‘Public Comment’ is made within said posting?
I find this interesting. You would think before you schedule attorney training that you would swear in your other 2 new council members before scheduling attorney training. It is illegal to do a training with town council with 2 members who are not sworn in yet. So will it only be councilman Caton, mayor, clerk, and the new one that was sworn in during the meeting in December?? I also agree where is public comment on this agenda. Every meeting is open to the public and there needs to be public comment on the agenda. If you watch what the school district does even if they are just interviewing so for an example superintendents in a special meeting they still have public comment. Just my thoughts on this manner.

FYI: the public should be aware Tim Nottingham helped to create this site. Funny how the tide has shifted. He was all for it when it targeted individuals he felt were corrupt and endangered by the public trust. Someone finally saw through his hypocrisy!😂 The passive aggression is really starting to show.
