“On Jan. 9, the Carbon County Commissioners met to approve the federally funded Subaward and Grant Agreement. Flooding cleanup continues from last year. Funding under the agreement is limited to the amount obligated by the federal awarding agency for all projects approved for this subrecipient for flood disaster relief (DR-4726-April). There is a 25 percent state/local cost share. All legally constituted units of local government may apply to Federal Disaster and Relief Services (DES) Department of Military Affairs. Repayments are required to be made directly to DES (FEMA may permit DES to offset against other obligated projects.)
