When this happens, most governmental agencies re-word the add, and run it again offering qualified candidates with the proper experience more money. Why even waste time interviewing when the job description qualifications are not met? Just because timmy thinks theyre cute and he can manipulate em? Just because you received three candidates doesn’t mean you hire from that pool. Catch a clue, if the party you hired can’t proofread her work, or spell check, this is unacceptable. Ask yourself this, would a bank employee, an individual who created this many errors on accounts as our town has on their water bills, still have a job? I seriously doubt it! We have overpaid for training at this point. I’m pretty sure the attorney reads these agendas I would venture to guess he’s laughing his head off.
