tfa is reasonably confident other members of the Fromberg community might have shown an interest in volunteering for said Zoning Committee, had they been aware there were any available openings. Could the choices Mayor Nottingham made for this committee be considered as arbitrary? There is uncertainty as to the identity of the woman the Mayor placed upon the zoning committee during this meeting. However, from the context it appears she may be the Public Works Director’s wife. If indeed that is the case, does her appointment to said committee create any conflict of interest issues? Should TOF council members have been allowed any input into this decision?
