How often she’s trained with kristen and that we’ve paid both people cost us gawd only knows how much. no accountability there. Mayer wont allow discussion. The previous clerk trained her. The previous clerks even came in to work with her for months on end. We hired dennis prewut. Harley has been hear almost a year. We paid her 2 months maternity leave which noone in this clerks positions ever had. We sent her to floodplain school. If she hadn’t gotten the gist of the job by now she aint never gonna. Error after error on everything. Timelines shes never met. I’m sick of her excuses the councilfalls for. Now council dude Caton thinks she’s the bomb. Does he need glasses. If I’d done 1/10th of this I’da been fired in the first month. Write her up for each and every mistake. Then dismiss her. Wonder if the nice lady in the audience let’s her employees bring there baby to work on a day to day basis. Wish she was our mayor. She has a brain and a backbone.
The nice lady in the audience I am pretty sure is the chairwoman of the school board. There is always policy and procedures that every business has and it seems that the town of Fromberg does not want to follow them or even look at their own. Update policy and procedures should be looked at and updated on a yearly basis. It appears who know when that happened last time in the town.

Business wise, though, I’m watching a horror show. Books are done, supposedly, and we are rich overnight. Is water billing an issue? Are you saying they just realized water billing has been off? Is this the first complaint about someone’s billing in the past seven years? Why did this have to come to a council meeting? Apparently, no one ever thought they should address the issue. Only at Fromberg Town Hall does this happen. It’s called kick the can. Funny thing is, does the council have any idea how many people have been to the office for wrong water billing charges? I have been there over five times and need to go back again. FYI: three occasions Mr. Nottingham was present in the office. A lady in the audience talks about a client receiving a water bill for 10,000.00 well if that ain’t here’s your sign!
So we can get a cheaper phone and internet for about a 100. We currently are paying 400 a month for 2 cell phones. Well clearly someone didn’t think this out. I doubt this was even put on agenda prior… isn’t the council in charge of contracts?
possible by incompetence? Why was the meeting not held on a night the attorney was available? Where is Mr. Nottingham? Why is anyone asking a council member of 3 months anything other than for a vote? How about asking the man with 4 months experience? I’m sure he knows! Why is our one senior council member and clerk not informed, did they not contact the attorney prior? Why did the format of the meeting change? Look at the two previous agendas. What’s missing? Why is the president of the council asking if something has to be read? Was it sent to the attorney before the meeting for clarification? When you are not sure ask the attorney. President has the right to advise counsel I believe we should hold off on this till we can receive counsels advise. Why is an audience member pointing out the difference between old and new business? I won’t even touch the fact we’ve been subjected to seven years of wrong water billing. Why is our head maintenance man not signed up for the proper school training? Why does our Mayor not check his email? Does he even have an email? Why does the clerk not know the correct number for the resolution (279)? Look at the town website the last resolution numbers posted is 206 that was in 1978. 😂🤣😂 Check the resolution book I’m pretty sure we are at least 300 more than the 206. Check the computer for the last resolution written. Apparently not everyone is asleep at the wheel. As someone new it wasn’t the right number. Epic Fail Nottingham! I’m out of town is not an excuse! You Knottingham threw every one under the bus.
