tfa’s premise is that these two Resolutions, if adopted during the 5.13.2024 Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting, set forth serious, long term, sweeping changes which will greatly effect all TOF residents and utility users. tfa queries why the public has had no prior notice, nor any right to participation, previous to the potential adoption of these Resolutions? Why haven’t Mayor Nottingham and TOF Council members brought forth these specific issue before now? Certainly these vast changes can not have come about in the past 30 days? Can this be construed as “Taxation Without Representation”?

So…towne halls $170,000 behind in water n sewer collections. The town was sposed to shut off water for dirt bags who don’t pay those bills at the beginning of the third month.
