Who are the Administrators for this page? Per the following verbiage: “Page • City Hall”, is this Facebook Page sanctioned by The Town of Fromberg?
Another publicity stunt by the Chieft DoDo of Fromberg. Is he going to start singing edelweiss while he wears that hat. Stupid and stupider…just when you think it can’t get any worse.
Regrettably, the foolish mayor of Fromberg has now chosen to launch a Facebook page for Carbon County Community Leadership. He had the option to be easily added as an admin to the Fromberg Town Facebook page. I accessed the page to browse, and I was amazed by the new post. It seems that Mr. Nottingham does not know about the latest decision from the Supreme Court, or he struggles to grasp its implications. Your postings open themselves up to comments from any individual, given your role as an elected official. You cannot prevent individuals from participating. His inadequate intelligence may lead to expensive consequences. What are the potential reasons that towns permit Clerks or Administrative Assistants to communicate via Facebook? Within just a week, Fromberg’s Mayor posted five videos, showing his ongoing enthusiasm for photo opportunities. How frequently has he contacted local TV stations while in office? He will do anything to get his face in the spotlight, even if it means overshadowing the loss of a child. Here’s the bigger question was this run past the Town Council or the Attorney?

Did you see the recent post about the mayor being on the news about the river project and calling it “his” plan. Anyways someone posted it on the focus on Fromberg facebook page and this new facebook page that the mayor is running for all town mayors in carbon county laughed at it. How unprofessional!
I couldn’t agree more. I mean really it’s obvious this Mayor is only out for publicity. It would be one thing if he had some actual accomplishments. But this is ludicrous. This seems like a family thing. His son Michael is obviously on board, with his comments touting his father’s non-accomplishments. And another family member self admitted they are the administrator for the recent Carbon County Comm7nity Leadership fb page. Like UNBELIEVABLE said above, is it even legal for Timmy &Co. to be doing this? Does it cause potential liability issues for the town? Of course, Timmy &Co. haven’t thought about the long range effects of their actions…Timmy never does, and we the people pay out the nose for his ineptitude.
Even better is the comment his son made on Facebook…

Tim has been working tirelessly around the clock, often without any assistance from the state, and facing obstacles from a small group that seems focused only on complaints. He has received no support from FEMA, despite their many promises, which they ultimately failed to keep. In fact, FEMA has withdrawn its support due to the actions of a few unhappy individuals.
Your constant complaining has had a negative impact on the town. You may not realize how much of his own money Tim has invested to get things done. If those who are being negative would contribute to helping the town, much more could be accomplished.
With all your criticism, are you planning to run for Mayor? Perhaps you believe you could achieve even more”.
If Michael identifies this individual as female, then he likely knows her identity but lacks the bravado to disclose her name? Remember to assume makes an a** out of you!
The statement on FEMA is an uneducated opinion that lacks corroborating evidence. I would speculate that reaching out to FEMA would uncover an entirely different narrative. Is this like the time Tim implied to us that the Carbon County Commissioners would pay for garbage removal during the flood? They didn’t by the way. He’s famous for having these impractical ideas.
“The community has received financial resources contributed by Mr. Nottingham”. Perhaps Mr. Nottingham overlooked mentioning how he repeatedly criticized and bashed former Mayor Anderson who invested many financial resources into the town, yet he now believes he holds a superior position. Actually there are three individuals that currently sit on the council that have given significant contributions to the town for this project and Mr Nottingham has bashed them as well. Additionally several other members of the community have made contributions ensuring its success. Micheal Nottingham certainly hasn’t named any of these people in his rant. Nope only his dear old dad. Give credit where credit is due. Don’t just use lip service for a photo op timmy. We’re onto your tactics dude!
I saw the post made anonymously on Focus on Fromberg’s Facebook site. I almost laughed so hard that I wet my pants at Tim’s baby boy’s remarks. The man must be nearly 50 years old, and he’s completely clueless! The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. The last comment from the anonymous participant has made them my new hero!
