tfa queries wheth ‘Publication Notice’ of 8 days (via the Carbon County News, ie: August 29, 2025 through September 5, 2024) is an adequate amount of time for a Preliminary Budget Hearing? With the Final Budget Hearing a mere 4 days afterward (including a weekend)? Additionally, why isn’t said notice published TOF’s official website: http://www.fromberg-mt.com/
To facilitate public participation well as allowing research prior to said meetings, shouldn’t a brief synopsis of said TOF 2024 Budget also be placed on the aforementioned website?
The following is sourced from the 8.29.2024 edition of the Carbon County News:

Hope there was an agenda posted in the spots they are supposed to be posted as the Preliminary budget meeting is tomorrow evening. Not everyone gets the Carbon County News so they don’t see this in our community even though it has to be advertised in the newspaper like this, but at least put a posting up in the post office and on the city hall board.
